Important notice: All of FLAUREA products are hand-made, so slight differences and a few loose petals are normal. You may notice a glue smell which will fade after removing the acrylic cover for a few minutes. 

If the product is damaged in transit, like loose glue or a broken acrylic cover, please email customer service at "support@flaurea.com" for assistance. We will try our best to assist you in solving the problem. 

Instructions for use: Preserved flowers are kept fresh through high-tech means and do not need to be watered. It is better to place them in a cool place indoors, away from too much humidity or dryness. They don't need sunlight, so avoid direct sun. Don't water them, touch them often, or put them outside.
