Free Standard Shipping In The US

• Express Shipping - 1 to 2 business days

 

• Pre-order Shipping - around 2 weeks

 

Pre-Order & Shipping Outside The US

• For all pre-ordered products, please expect a shipping time of approximately 2 weeks.
• International Shipping: Please note that all countries outside the US are eligible solely for pre-order shipping, which also follows the estimated 2-week shipping timeframe.

 

All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Since all the FLAUREA products are hand-made, pre-order products are expected to arrive in 2 weeks. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, your zip code, shipping method and products in your cart.

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For any issues with your order status please contact us at support@flaurea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy:

Regrettably, at FLAUREA, we do not accept returns for our products, except for those damaged during transportation. Additionally, we must inform you that once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or altered.
